Following an enlightening conversation with Lux and others, I have quit the FB. Don’t worry. We can still be friends, just not “friends.”
Can somebody enlighten me? Why would you go out of your way to remove yourself? Doesn’t seem to lead to much practical benefit, and taking a principled stance against the FB is a little silly.
